@FrontierCorp @Monterunthecity 10/7/20. I’m flabbergast at @FrontierCorp swearing there are no internet outages but every day the internet shuts off or goes from 50mbps to 1mbps and fluctuates for hours. This is an unacceptable business practice.

Have rebooted router, unplugged the battery in garage and did not resolve the issue.
Your customer service answer is see you in 3 more days. We need to call. 240 min wait time! This is an unacceptable business practice. After a few phone calls and online chats, it is because our phone number was not transferred before the new billing cycle started.
