All of you who take little transactions think your safe. If you like to research solutions yourself, you'll find Square's website helpful, as it offers multiple resources. Just received another email that said since I am no longer a customer no one can talk to me by phone. and they permanently shut down my account and told me I would have to wait 90 days to receive my money $4300. I would like to give negative stars to this company. I am also initiating a class action lawsuit and have started a social media following to unite fellow business owners who have had ten of thousands seized without cause, until legal action and legislation can be enacted against this predatory scam.
And don’t forget about assessment/card brand fees. You should tell your landlord that Square is NOT an appropriate means of collecting rent money.
